  • E-mail account on a Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 or Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server
  • PC with 166-megahertz (MHz) or higher Pentium II-compatible processor
  • Microsoft Windows® 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Microsoft Windows NT® Workstation 4.0 Service Pack 3, or Windows 2000 Professional operating system
  • 32 megabytes (MB) of RAM minimum
  • 10 MB of available hard disk space for desktop software
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later (Internet Explorer 5.5 recommended)
  • Internet access through corporate network or other existing Internet connection
